Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cash Application Analyst to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, PA! The Cash Application Analyst will be responsible for accurately processing premium and non-premium payments, ensuring data integrity, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers up to $20.50/Hour!

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input premium & non-premium payments, conduct cross-checks for data integrity, and adhere to internal controls.

• Research payments, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and maintain relationships with external partners for efficient issue resolution.

• Meet SLAs, manage incoming mail, and reconcile premium receipts daily, addressing variances as needed.

• Understand payment adjustments' impact on customers, stakeholders, and the overall customer experience.

• Respond to inquiries, drive process improvements, and proactively resolve exceptions while participating in additional tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with up to 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting, billing, AP, or payment processing.

• Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.

• Proven ability to engage with teams for task completion, problem-solving, and strategic planning.

• Proficient in data analysis and drawing logical conclusions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Preferred experience in treasury within the Healthcare/Insurance Industry.

• Familiarity with web-based applications and experience with PeopleSoft preferred.
