Fleet and Truck repair shop in Collegeville, PA seeking an Automotive Service Writer/Customer Service Representative to join their customer centric team. This shop is a certified NAPA Truck Service Center. We are able to provide the benefits of an established national entity while maintaining the personal touch of a family owned business. They understand that fleet vehicles are a major investment, and they work hard to keep vehicles in excellent condition. We are looking for a great candidate who wants to learn and grow into the lead service advisor position for this shop!

As an Automotive/Truck Service Writer and Customer Service Representative, you will be a point of contact for fleet managers and drivers seeking assistance with vehicle services. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, providing information about services, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

What we want

Flexibility to assist as necessary to answer calls for 24/7 roadside assistance program
Technology Savvy
Valid Driver's License
Detail Oriented
Job Will Entail:
Customer service
Sales
Answering Phones
Scheduling Appointments
Document and organize
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

Shop Hours Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:00 + 24/7 roadside assistance
Salary $40-45k/year
As this person learns and grows there will be opportunity to add bonus/commission structure to position
Right candidate will be enrolled in formal Service Advisor Training program
