Experienced Economic/Cost Analyst

Review or develop cost analysis documents such as the Cost Analysis Requirement Description (CARD)
Use Automated Cost Estimating and Integration Tool (ACEIT) Model to develop stand alone cost estimates
Conduct program Affordability Analysis on assigned programs
Validation of ACAT III Program Office Estimate (POE).
Prepare templates for Program cost positions for ACAT III Level cost efforts

Build Independent Cost Studies/Estimates - Primary domain - Wireless/Radio/Wired Communications Infrastructure

Develop methodologies, mechanisms and incentives for adherence to baseline schedules and cost profiles
Analyze Better Business Program Cost Reviews and review Will Cost/Should Cost and support entry into ASA(ALT) Should Cost Database
Participate on the DASA Cost Estimating, Cost and Performance Portal Review Team
Perform Business Case Analysis (BCA), Cost Benefits Analyses (CBA) and Economic and Benefits Analysis
Review and analyze Cost Sections in the Capability Design Document, Capability Production Document, Analysis of Alternatives
Develop the cost section of the Earned Value Management (EVM), Program Concept Plans and Economic Viability Tool
Review and analyze Army Program Baseline Costs
Attend Army Level Cost Working-level Integrated Product Team
Perform Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) Reviews
Develop cost analysis documents such as the Cost Analysis Requirement Description (CARD) on assigned EIS programs. Develop stand alone cost estimates and rough order of magnitude reviews on assigned EIS programs.
Perform Affordability Analysis on assigned EIS programs.
Build template for PEO cost positions for ACAT III Level cost efforts on assigned EIS programs. Prepare cost section of the Earned Value Management, Program Concept Plans, Economic Viability Tool, or Army Program Baseline Costs.
Perform Business Case Analysis, Cost Benefits Analyses and Economic and Benefits Analysis on assigned EIS programs.
