BrightStar Care of Leesburg/Gainesville is seeking competent and talented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) with experience to provide services to our clients in the Gainesville, Haymarket, Marshall, Bristow, Manassas, Springfield, Burke, Fairfax Station, and Lorton areas. The schedules are flexible/vary depending on your availability for 4 to 6 hour shifts. Daytime AVAILABILITY is highly needed specifically 7:30am to 11:30am!

These are great assignments for someone who is looking for PRN hours or need to work around their kids or school schedule. We have short hours in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, high quality, reliable and compassionate care to patients
• Assisting clients with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, eating, light housekeeping, etc.
• Complete and document duties and assignments in accordance with a pre-developed care plan

Qualifications

• Covid Vaccine Required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 18 years of age with reliable transportation, drivers license preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to pass Criminal Background, Driving Records Check and Company Administered Drug Screening test
• Employees must have the physical ability, to lift, push and pull 50lbs
• Current CPR/First Aid/TB certification
• Current and valid CNA certification
• Applicants with the availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays preferred
