Bookkeeper

CO2 Monitoring LLC is looking for a Bookkeeper! We are a CO2 manufacturing and installation company based out of Las Vegas, NV. Our company manufactures and installs CO2 monitoring systems that provide a safe environment by preventing and protecting against potential health risks caused by the leakage of CO2.

We are looking for an organized, efficient individual with an eye for detail and an elevated level of accuracy. The Bookkeeper can expect to handle billing and communications with internal departments and outside customers, as well as assist with business license filing, sales tax filing, and other limited AP/AR tasks. We are looking for a professional and courteous individual with strong computer skills.

General Role and Responsibilities:

· Performing basic AR/AP functions

· Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current

· Billing out different types of scopes/work completed

· Recording information, processing, and filing forms

· Handling Sales Tax & Business license filing

· Responding appropriately to a vendor, client, and internal requests

Qualifications:

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills

· Strong leadership skills

· Strong phone skills / Investigative personality

· Experience with Quickbooks Preferred

· Computer skills - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

· Ability to learn new skills effectively and efficiently

· Strong attention to detail

· Strong organizational skills

· Courteous, professional manner, strong customer service skills
