Title: Social Media Marketing Manager
Reports to: Senior Director of Performance Marketing
Office Location: Greater Orlando, FL (Relocation Assistance Available)

Position Salary: $80,000- $90,000

Job Details
As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll be challenged with growing our paid social revenue for Legendary Whitetails, CAT Workwear, and Thorogood USA. We’re looking for someone with three or more years’ experience driving sales for multiple eCommerce stores, and has managed $250,000 or more annually on Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate has advanced Excel skills and is well versed at pulling analytics
reports to make data-driven decisions. We’re also looking for someone with the passion and experience to try new platforms, including TikTok to continue our explosive growth!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintaining monthly advertising spend, revenue goals, and ROAS KPIs set by the Senior Director of Performance Marketing.
  • Performing deep dive analyses using Google Analytics, NetSuite, and Salesforce to determine inventory levels, profitability, and what sells through Facebook/Instagram, as well as missed opportunities.
  • Working with our designers to develop fresh, engaging banners and video ads.
  • Continually A/B testing to learn what works and what doesn't* This includes ad copy, images, audiences, and offers.
  • Developing new campaigns for weekly promotions while maintaining evergreen campaigns for our top-selling products.
  • Developing new audiences based on competitors, interests, and remarketing.
  • Maintaining our product catalog to serve dynamic shopping ads.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest industry changes, including weekly calls with your Meta service representative.
  • Building relationships with other departments to learn all aspects of the business.
  • Maintaining MTD Pacing and Forecasting documents on a weekly basis to keep the team abreast of overall performance.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of Ecommerce experience with Facebook Ads.
  • Having managed $250,000 or more in annual ad spend.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS or XLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, Concatenation, Text-to-columns, Subtotals, and Filters.
  • Highly experienced with data analyses to make optimization decisions.
  • Self-starter who can take the reins and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hardworking and able to follow direction.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Excited to be part of a small, dynamic team.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Fast learner and note taker, who can build skills through one-on-one training and through courses.
