People Partner

As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for a passionate, experienced, and motivatedPeople Partner to join our growing global People team.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, dedicated, and creative People Partner prepared to work in a fast-growing start-up environment as a point of contact for People-related issues. We are seeking a team player who has the ability to collaborate with our managers and teams in order to implement the company's culture and People strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive support and actionable feedback to client groups, and consult with managers at all levels in areas of talent strategy, including management training and coaching, team member engagement programs, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Demonstrate ownership to develop and drive People programs and processes from start to finish that align with Axonius goals and values.
• Quickly identify business needs; develop and present solutions to senior leaders to help drive results in the organization.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives and add value to the company culture to engage and motivate our employees.
• Constantly gather data in the environment that aids in getting to the root of issues to partner on solutions.
• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning to support the business strategy.
• Mentor, coach and provide feedback to managers at all levels; also mentor other People team members.

Requirements:

• Proven successful experience as a People Partner.
• Experience with creating global policies and standards.
• Expert-level experience in a variety of HR competency areas such as organizational design and development, leadership development, change management, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and attentive to details.
• Obsessed with results that matter; able to create and deliver full-cycle projects (start to finish) and results in a timely manner.
• A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Able to switch between strategic and tactical work daily.
• Ability to solve complex problems; resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree and/or HR Certification strongly preferred.
• Experience in advocacy for diversity, equality, inclusion, and belonging.
