Job Description

Overview: As an e-commerce print-on-demand and mock-up product designer, you will play a crucial role in our business by creating visually appealing and marketable designs for our print-on-demand products. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and product development teams to produce designs that resonate with our target audience and enhance the overall customer experience. This role requires a combination of creative flair, technical proficiency, and a strong understanding of e-commerce and consumer preferences.

Responsibilities:

Design Creation:
- Conceptualize and create original designs for a variety of print-on-demand products, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, home decor items, and promotional merchandise.
- Ensure that designs are aligned with our brand identity, target market preferences, and current market trends.
- Adapt and modify existing designs to suit different product types and customer preferences.
Mock-up Creation:
- Generate high-quality product mock-ups that accurately represent the final printed product.
- Utilize mock-up templates and design software to create realistic product presentations across different product variations and color options.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all designs and mock-ups to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the production team to address any design-related issues or concerns that may arise during the printing process.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about current design trends, industry best practices, and competitor offerings.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for new design concepts and product improvements.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with competitors, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support various business initiatives and product launches.
- Communicate effectively with external vendors and partners to coordinate design specifications and production requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a graphic designer or product designer, preferably in the e-commerce or print-on-demand industry.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
Strong understanding of print-on-demand processes, including file preparation, color management, and print quality standards.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design composition.
Ability to work efficiently in a Self-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and Managers.
