Position Overview:

• Our sales professionals generate revenue by selling recycled OEM automotive parts, while upselling compatible components.
• You will nurture relationships with our current customers to ensure we keep their inventory replenished.
• Efficient and progressive prospecting and developing relationships with potential customers to ensure the creation of new business is key.
• Processing and reviewing of orders to ensure correct handling, pricing and shipping info.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure our customers are supplied with parts in a timely fashion.
• Monday - Friday, day shift.
• Benefit options and 401k.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets.
• Professional sales aptitude with a strong understanding of sales, closing and prospecting techniques.
• Proven ability to drive lead generation while also following up with past customers and maintaining current relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Automotive parts knowledge preferred.
