Schedule - Fully In Office

Monday and Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm and Tuesday and Thursday 1:00pm - 6:00pm - Off on Wednesdays and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Answer telephones in a prompt and courteous manner, providing information on available services, schedules and other clinic-related information 
• Greet and interact in a professional manner with patients, patient's families, students and employees
• Mail/email introductory information/forms to clients prior to their appointment, as requested
• Schedule appointments as directed
• Coordinate patients' care by assigning the patient to the appropriate clinical educator and student, in conjunction with the clinical educator
• Request documentation from referral sources (i.e., hospital, outpatient clinic, physician office, school, private practice, etc.)
• Input client data into electronic health record (NextGen)
• Create electronic health record for new patients

Qualifications:

• Experience in medical, rehabilitation or education setting
• NextGen experience highly preferred
• MS Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
