We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support to our users. In this role, you will be responsible for handling help desk tickets, resolving user issues, password resets, software installations, printer troubleshooting, and other related tasks.

  • At least two years of education and/or job experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
