Job Description: We are currently seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist for our Automotive Service Department. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors or contact us by phone.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner as they arrive at the service department.
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to the appropriate department.
• Manage appointment scheduling and ensure accurate entry of customer information into the system.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of customer vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Handle customer payments and invoicing with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and automotive service software (preferred).
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
