Responsibilities

Review and draft routine foreclosure documents
Create and maintain case files
Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders

Qualifications

Experience as a paralegal
Experience with Massachusetts and Rhode Island foreclosures, both residential and commercial
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
