Job Description

InfraHire is looking for an HVAC Technician in Richmond, VA.

Job Description:

The HVAC Technician, under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, is accountable for assisting in the proper physical and mechanical maintenance of the property.

Responsibilities:

Addressing customer service requests promptly as delegated
Conducting daily inspections and monitoring mechanical equipment, recreational facilities, and any other operational or safety matters
Performing repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and heating systems
Preparing/turning over vacant units or suites
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of grounds and common areas
Engaging in light carpentry, drywall repairs, and finishing work
Conducting touch-up painting tasks
Being on standby for after-hours "on-call" duties as required

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
HVAC certification
Valid driver's license and up-to-date automobile insurance
Exceptional diagnostic abilities
Outstanding customer service aptitude
Meticulous attention to detail and a keen sense of urgency in task completion
Proficiency in following instructions effectively
