Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our sales team!! As a Sales Consultant, your primary goal is to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our company!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including pricing, payment options, and any available promotions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while addressing customer objections.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up with potential clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant sales and consumer protection regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent product knowledge and ability to explain complex information clearly.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Clean driving record.
