Job Description
Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for four branches of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize primary financial data to reconcile accounts
- Compute and record numerical data
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Input invoices into our proprietary accounting system
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related subjects a plus
