Job Description

SUMMARY:  The primary purpose of the Trade Administration Specialist is to provide support to Clients, Sales, and other Affinity management, Process billbacks and deductions in a timely manner for all assigned Clients and maintain and communicate Client’s pricing contracts in applicable programs.

We are looking for someone in the Buffalo or Syracuse area. There will be work from home options once established in the role. 
 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Process all assigned Client’s billbacks and deductions in a timely manner by utilizing Client provided programs, forms, or other applications
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, operator customers, and broker representatives
  • Maintain and renew Client’s pricing contracts in applicable programs
  • Communicate pricing contracts to distributors and sales team
  • Update procedures and contact information
  • Attend Team and Client calls/trainings
  • Verify and approve pricing for deductions
  • Support all Client Manager and Account Executives in any way necessary to keep an open line of communication between the clients and customers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient on internet software, order processing systems, Excel spreadsheet and word processing software
  • Basic Accounting Skills
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Ability to work with all levels of management
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Position requires no travel, except occasional locations for training or support.
