Job Description:

As a Full Cycle AE at Anderson Meyer, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through prospecting, lead generation, and sales outreach efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, engaging with key decision-makers, and nurturing relationships to ultimately close deals. This role offers a high level of autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to leverage your entrepreneurial spirit and sales expertise to achieve success.

  • Unleash Your Outreach Prowess: Engage in proactive outbound prospecting activities, leveraging your charm and wit through LinkedIn, cold calling, emailing, and networking to ignite interest and fuel our pipeline with exciting new opportunities.
     

  • Lead the Charge in Qualification: Become the gatekeeper of quality leads, adeptly qualifying prospects and orchestrating appointments for our stellar sales team to swoop in and nurture potential partnerships into prosperous alliances.
     

  • Fuel Collaboration and Innovation: Be the catalyst for synergy as you collaborate closely with our dynamic sales and marketing squads, concocting ingenious strategies to magnetize leads and mastermind their seamless conversion into triumphant victories.
     

  • Champion CRM Excellence: Exhibit meticulous record-keeping finesse as you meticulously maintain our CRM system, ensuring that every interaction with prospects and every stroke of sales brilliance is logged with precision and flair.

  • Tech-Savvy Voyager (Preferred, but Not Required): Possess a familiarity with Salesforce and its ecosystem, although if you're not already a seasoned navigator, fear not, for we value potential as much as prowess.

Compensation:

At Anderson Meyer, we recognize and value the dedication and hard work of our team members. As a Full Cycle Account Executive (AE), you'll be rewarded handsomely for your contributions.

  • Commission Structure: As our esteemed primary AE, you'll be the only one to enjoy a 25% commission on sales, with a recurring payout structure meticulously designed to keep the rewards flowing.
     

  • Base Salary Upon Funding: In anticipation of our imminent funding event, we're excited to announce that your commission-only arrangement will transform into a robust base salary of $80,000 per annum. This base salary will be complemented by a generous commission structure, ensuring you're duly compensated for your efforts. Additionally, a commission structure continues at a tiered rate between 10%-20%.
