Job Description
Summary
Membership Services Representative
Part Time position – Multiple shifts available
Monday – 8:00am – Noon (Immediately needed)
Tuesday/Thursday – 1:00pm – 5:00pm (Immediately needed)
Saturday – 8:30am – 1:30pm (Starting in April)
Sunday – 11:00am – 4:00pm (Immediately needed)
Pay: Starts at $14.00 + based on experience
Duties
·Manages all communications to the front desk with hand held radios and phones
·Supervise access to YMCA facility including monitoring scanner, and registering guest’s non-member entry
·Register members for programs and classes including taking payments, filling out paperwork, and entering into computer system
·Membership sales including touring potential members, and providing them with accurate program and membership information
·Assist with Membership renewals
·Be familiar with and prepared to handle all emergency situations should they arise
·Handle Members’ concerns in a prompt and professional manner
·Communicate with key program staff on a regular basis
·Have a focus on membership service and insure the Front Desk maintains a professional and member friendly environment
·Complete other projects and assignments as requested by supervisor
