Job Description

Description:

In this role you will provide training support and coordination to the Operations team, ensuring employees are adequately trained to perform the roles.

Responsibilities:

Works closely with the Operations Trainings Supervisor to ensure all training objectives are met and lend support on priority projects.
Responsible for coordination and facilitation of training needs.
Responsible for accurately completing and maintaining all paper and electronic training records.
Responsible for presenting trainings upon request.
Facilitate New Hire Orientation training and functions that support onboarding of new employees.

Qualifications:

3+ years’ experience in professional environment
Prior experience using CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and techniques.
Prior experience providing training.
Proficiency with Office Applications – Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

Pay range:

$27/hr - $32/hr
