We are on a mission to redefine automated digital marketing solutions for the real estate industry.  With the traditional industry under pressure from disruptors and the demand for enhanced digital marketing solutions on a major growth curve, we are driving rapid development of next-generation technology designed to empower real estate sales professionals and teams and deliver results in today’s constantly evolving global property marketplace.  


Specifically, we recently brought our SphereBuilder digital marketing and analytics platform to market.  SphereBuilder includes our AdBuilder digital marketing solution that is being adopted by large multiple listing services and enterprise brokerage firms.  As a result, we need a seasoned digital advertising product expert that can act as the Product Owner for our digital ads platform and help us reach our goal of being the de facto digital ad solution to the residential real estate industry.  You will collaborate with our world-class engineering team to uplevel software development practices and operations that culturally embrace a customer focus in the development process.

We are seeking an experienced Director, Product Owner to own and execute the product strategy and manage the product lifecycle for our digital advertising platform.


In this role, you will make an impact by:


  • Using hypothesis-driven product experimentation (opportunity identification, ideation, hypothesis development, building, launching, analyzing, and iterating) to manage the lifecycle and optimize the performance of our digital advertising platform.
  • Partnering closely with our senior leadership team, customers (internal and external), and all related stakeholders to drive the evolution of the digital advertising platform. 
  • Maintaining and refining product backlog; creating user stories and acceptance criteria and prioritizing all stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value that align with product strategy. 
  • Ensuring the development team understands the vision for the products, addressing daily prioritization needs, providing real-time feedback and answering questions on an ongoing basis. 
  • Working with engineering and project management to determine the minimum viable product implementations and additional release iterations.

  • Use a strong design sense: You know what good looks like and work through design challenges to make high-quality products. 
  • Have technical chops: You collaborate successfully with engineers to build incrementally with a focus on the future.
  • Have one or more standard industry certifications such as SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO.


Strong candidates also have:


  • 3-5+ years Agile product management experience with a SaaS company with a specific demonstrated expertise around digital marketing technology, specifically Meta and Google.
  • A product development background involving digital marketing solutions for the residential real estate brokerage industry.
  • Undergraduate degree or relevant professional experience.

  • This position is a US-based remote role with preference to applicants based in the Western United States.
  • A competitive base salary of $140,000 to $160,000 per year + other financial incentives including stock options
