About the Company:

A-Plus Care HHC, Inc. is a Licensed Home Care Services Agency That provides care in the home, allowing individuals to age in place. We are always hiring HHAs/PCAs in Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island.

Services Provided: HHA/PCA and CDPAP.

Position Description:

Your roll would directly contribute to assisting individuals in the community to receive the services that will improve quality of life for Long Term Care or Private Pay candidates. This position would also entail assisting those that already are engaged in Long Term Care to transition to our Agency as needed. You would be visiting locations, as directed by the Director of Business Development to build referral sources as well as given the freedom to choose your own path to grow the Agency and yourself.

Strong telephone skills and excellent, professional demeanor are required.

The position also requires extensive use of email and requires excellent follow-up skills.

You would promote community awareness about A-Plus Care HHC, Inc. with every interaction, as well as provide presentations about our services to both other businesses and the population we look to serve.

This is an excellent position for someone that is a self-starter and disciplined.

Qualifications:

Bi-Lingual (Fluent, both read/write): Spanish/English Preferred

Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license

Experience in Home Care preferred/Experience in health care

Excellent time management and organization.
