Role Summary

MetaPhase is seeking a talented and creative Marketing and Graphics Intern who is skilled in graphic design, infographics, visual processes, and has proficiency in managing social media content. The ideal candidate will have experience with Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Drupal, LinkedIn, and SharePoint. This role involves supporting our marketing and growth teams in crafting compelling visuals and managing digital content that resonates with our target audiences.

Basic Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of work that includes digital graphics, infographics, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in using graphic design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing content on platforms like Drupal and SharePoint.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Essential Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging graphics and infographics for various marketing materials and digital platforms.
• Assist in the development and implementation of visual processes to enhance brand visibility and communication.
• Manage and update content on websites using Drupal.
• Have the ability to create a SharePoint graphics repository with accurate metadata.
• Create impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
• Design and maintain social media content that aligns with our marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative strategies.
• Participate in the analysis of marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
