JOB DESCRIPTION
In a world with ever changing travel requirements, we need Customer Service Representatives more than ever! Sehlmeyer Travel is looking for a few quality people to join our remote team. Customer Service Representative will be working with clients from beginning to end of their travel arrangements, while building a relationship with the client to deliver outstanding customer service and a lifelong Travel partnership. Sehlmeyer Travel will help you find your calling in either leisure travel, business travel, sports team, large and small group travel. As a new Customer Service Representative you begin working with major airlines, hotels, rental companies, cruises, theme parks and many more.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with Clients through email, phone call, text, messengers, etc.
Make travel bookings for clients such as flight, hotel, rental car, cruises, tours, etc.
Ability to take client payments in a secure manner and process for travel arrangements
Attend Training meetings and seminars
QUALIFICATIONS
Access to reliable internet with any Smartphone or Laptop or Tablet, etc.
Fluent in English, additional languages a bonus
Authorized to work in US
Travel Experience a plus
Positive Attitude and willingness to be trained in a always evolving Industry
