Healthcare Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Healthcare Construction and Maintenance Project Manager for Aletheia Health Partners. This position would be responsible for leading the day to day operations of all construction projects as well as overseeing and understanding the maintenance departments for all locations. This person will be responsible for the execution of projects including communicating timelines, changes, and budget to the organization.

• Project Management Experience

• Understanding of laws and regulations
• Comprehensive knowledge in planning, scheduling, supervision of a large facilities management organization.
• Familiarity with construction, architecture and various systems.
