Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our marketing efforts for our beauty and wellness services app. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Founders to execute various marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, and assist in the development of marketing materials.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

- Coordinate to execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and paid advertising.

- Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including posts, stories, and videos.

- Monitor and respond to user engagement on social media channels, fostering positive interactions and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, collaborations, and partnerships to increase brand awareness and attract new users.

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Assist in the development of marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, and press releases.

- Support the Executives in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Prior experience (1-2 years) in a marketing role, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and content.

- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our users.
