We are looking for a top-level Restaurant General Manager who not only aspires to be the best part of the customer's day, but also the best part of their team member's day!
Our fast-casual Restaurant General Manager must have a positive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and have great communication skills with the ability to connect with the local community!
We are looking for talent for our south Miami, Florida area location.
We are also looking for someone who can lead a restaurant team by example, motivating them to adhere to our brand values, processes, and procedures, with passion for continuous improvement and learning.
Our General Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all day-to-day operations of the restaurant ensuring world class service to our community.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Conducting interviews, onboarding, and training new team members
· Write and maintain employee schedules.
· Providing ongoing support, development, and coaching for all team members
· Ensuring our standards of service are always in place - exceptional customer service, excellent drink/food quality, accuracy, consistency, and speed of service
· Placing weekly orders with vendors
· Preparing daily bank deposits
· Maintaining COG’s as per budgets

What we look for:
· 4+ year Restaurant General Manager tenure
· Experience in a Casual Dining or Fast Casual restaurant
· Fluency in controlling Food Cost/Labor Cost
· Understanding of Profit/Loss statement
· High school diploma
· Driver License
· Serv-Safe certified
