Job Overview: As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our company's financial health and ensuring sound financial practices. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with predominantly onsite working days.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue trends.
Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience (10 years) in financial management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in financial software Quickbooks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
