Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of retail sales workers
- Skilled at scheduling employees to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train and evaluate employees
- Responsible for proper accounting and cash receipts
- Ensure Sales reports are completed and submitted on time
- Able to read and interpret simple income and expense reports
- Willing to travel as needed
- Able to work on Saturdays
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate others
- Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record
All employees eligible for paid time off. A 403-B plan is available to employees. Also offer employer funded retirement plan after one year of service.
Processing experience preferred.
Have a working knowledge of clothing quality and price.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Can lift 50 pounds.
