Expenses paid if traveling.

Someone on the East Coast is ideal, but not a deal breaker.
Remote but the ability to get on site regularly is a bonus

The should have:
Experience with Success Factors Employee Central is a must
Experience with SAP ECC HR Modules is a must
Strong Communication Skills

Description:
The Project Manager will lead the conversion of multiple HR Systems including SAP ECC HR to Success Factors. This role requires a strong experience and understanding of managing and delivering SuccessFactors Projects, HR projects, HR Stakeholder management , data management, and cutover and rollout of HR Projects.

The Project Manager must have managed at least two full life cycle Success Factors Employee Central implementations or conversions.
Responsible to manage and lead the SuccessFactors Employee Central module optimization.
Define, Develop, manage and execute the overall project plan for the project.
Manage the Project level RAID process and ensure tracking of the project based on the pre-defined timelines and budgeting
Cross functional Stakeholder management
Manage and coordinate with the Functional and Technical teams for their solution design, build, testing and rollout deliverables.
