Lead Preschool Teacher

We are looking to hire a passionate and experienced preschool educator to lead activities and program for children ages 3 years to 5 years old.

A Lead Preschool Teacher for our facility will serve as a role model for our preschoolers and creative a positive, loving, and inviting environment for them, working alongside the other lead Teachers as a collaborative team.

A Lead Preschool Teacher will work closely with the other preschool teachers and classrooms to develop an enriching and exciting environment and lessons for our preschool students.

We want a teacher that is a creative and a team player that is passionate about working with children and families. Someone who is confident, outgoing, organized, and self-driven, and is excited at the prospect of developing and growing with more teachers with a tight-knit team.
 

Role Responsibilities: 
 

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children can play and learn.
• Serve as a role model to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to create an inviting environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

Minimum Qualifications Needed: 
 

• An associates degree in early childhood education

                                                    OR
 

• A CDA and one year of experience in a licensed childcare facility

                                                    OR
 

• Currently enrolled in school for early childhood education and two years of experience in a licensed childcare facility
• Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
