Outside Sales Representative

Join our Lexington team as an Outside Sales Representative, where you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth in the restaurant, healthcare, laundry, and hotel sectors in the Lexington area!

Base Salary: $35,000/annually + Uncapped Commission (Guaranteed commission for first 3 months, company car and potential to earn $75000 to $85000 in your first year)

Summary: 

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to generate your own leads, lease our state-of-the-art commercial dishwasher machines, and upsell our wide range of cleaning and disinfecting products. You'll receive initial onboarding training out of our Louisville branch and ongoing skill development training that will equip you to deliver invaluable service to our customers daily.

As the Successful Candidate, You Will:

• Engage in a minimum of 20 face-to-face cold calls on qualified prospects.
• Prospect restaurant and food service operations that stand to benefit from our services within an assigned territory.
• Execute strategic prospecting tactics integral to our company's proven sales system.
• Take a proactive approach to networking, researching, and recommending new markets for business expansion.
• Participate in and contribute to weekly sales meetings, ensuring alignment with team objectives.
• Skillfully manage your sales pipeline to achieve a quota of 6 rental dish machines with companion products per period, or 78 rental sales annually.
