Experience/Qualifications/Capabilities:

• Strong leadership and team building skills a must
• Oversight of multiple locations
• Minimum high school diploma
• 7+ years Warehouse/Fleet Management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Customer Service in a fast paced/dynamic business
• Experience with warehousing in manufacturing operation with multiple lines, with high # of SKU’s
• Ability to develop supply accountability systems for warehouse//inventory control/fleet operations
• Experience with implementing inventory control process on ERP
• Excellent MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Work Independently with minimal supervision
• Proven experience coaching and motivating employees to succeed
