Job Description
Position: Part-Time Assistant for Small Brooklyn-Based Jewelry Business
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing the studio space.
- Manage inventory of vintage jewelry pieces.
- Manage celebrity stylist pull requests and open the studio as needed for them.
- Capture high-quality product photographs for online listings.
- Upload products to the business website.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
- Help with light calendar management.
- Assist in setting up for NYC events and working during events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with basic photography techniques.
- Basic computer skills for website product uploads.
- Resourceful and ability to work independently when needed.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Must live in Brooklyn or Manhattan with easy access to Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.
- An interest in jewelry and vintage a plus.
Schedule:
- Part-time, 15-20 hours a week, flexible.
