Are you a dedicated and experienced Cardiac Neuro Telemetry Registered Nurse seeking an opportunity in Sanford, FL? Look no further! Join our team at a 221-bed acute care establishment and Level II Trauma Center dedicated to serving the communities of Seminole and West Volusia. We take pride in our comprehensive cardiovascular program, offering services such as open heart surgery, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac rehabilitation, and extensive diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.
• Provide health teaching and counseling to individuals dealing with illness, injury, or infirmity.
• Contribute to the promotion of wellness, health maintenance, and prevention of illness.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed protocols.
• Deliver compassionate care to Med/Tele Neuro & Cardiac, Post CAB, MIs/Chest pain patients.

Qualifications:

• Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN acute care experience.
• Telemetry and Cardiac experience required.
• Hold a current Florida State Registered Nurse license or compact license (active FL RN license required within 90 days if compact license held).
• Maintain current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification.
• Obtain NIHSS Certification within 30 days.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Additional Information:

• Shifts: Nights Only, 12-hour shifts.
• Competitive Salary Range: $29.00 (2yr) - $42.13 (17yr MAX).
• Sign-On Bonus: Offered on a case-by-case basis.
