Job Description
In search of a part-time nanny to provide care for a 3.5-year-old verbal boy with autism, while his 5-year-old sibling attends daycare. The primary focus is on the younger child. The desired candidate should have prior experience with children on the autism spectrum and demonstrate kindness, nurturing qualities, and engagement. Comfort with pets, specifically two dogs, is essential, although a dog walker is in place.
- Pay: $25 per hour ($26,000 per year)
- Start date: June 17th - August 23rd
- Hours: Monday - Friday 12:30pm-4:30pm
- Guaranteed 20 hours per week
- Benefits: 1 week paid vacation, 2-4 sick/personal days, holidays, reimbursement for gas and tolls
Requirements
- Driver's license and vehicle, the family provides a car seat to stay in their car.
- Prefer Covid /Flu Vaccinated
- CPR/First Aid certified required
- Must have relevant experience
- Provide 3-5 professional references
