TriStarr's client, a leading not-for-profit organization in Lancaster, is looking for a Resource Development Associate. As a Resource Development Associate, you will be a vital member of their Resource Development (RD) team, playing a crucial role in fundraising activities that support their mission. You will collaborate closely with their Director of Stewardship to strategize and execute workplace campaigns, donor engagement initiatives, and community outreach efforts. Your work will directly contribute to expanding their donor base and securing vital resources for their programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Stewardship to plan and execute workplace campaigns and donor engagement activities.
- Develop tailored engagement strategies for workplace giving campaigns in partnership with participating companies.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, nurturing relationships to maximize employee participation and retention.
- Implement strategies to identify and cultivate individual leadership donors, focusing on gifts between $1,000 and $5,000.
- Conduct discovery visits to assess and solicit potential leadership annual giving prospects.
- Develop and execute cultivation plans for new and young adult donors to ensure long-term engagement and support.
- Assist in managing special donor groups and executing donor stewardship plans.
- Partner with Development and Marketing teams to organize fundraising events and community engagement activities.
- Deliver impactful presentations to raise awareness about our organization's impact and funding needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of[2 years of fundraising experience, with a proven track record of successful donor engagement and campaign management.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is a plus.
- Valid driver's license required.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $40,000 to $50,000 plus benefits.
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday schedule.
