Summary: ProCare is the largest privately held Worker’s Compensation transportation and language services provider. We arrange for transportation and provide language support to injured workers and the companies supporting their claims.
ProCare is currently searching for an Inside Sales Support Admin/ Facility Coordinator with additional assistance with marketing activities for our business.
The starting pay begins at $20.00+ Bonus!
· Schedule: Monday – Friday – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Inside Sales Support Admin/ Facility Coordinator Duties:
Duties:
- Managing the Sales Inbox and email correspondence.
- Inside Sales and Quality Assurance warm calls.
- Provide direct support in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the department can meet its growth targets.
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system utilization, assistance with and maintaining accuracy within the CRM.
- Research lead contact information and keep information up to date in the CRM system.
- Helping Sales and Marketing management ensures that marketing and office inventory is managed and distributed as needed.
- Support leadership and sales staff.
- Engaging in marketing events.
- Occasional purchase/pickup of supplies and office event items (must have reliable transportation-mileage reimbursed).
- Customer Service at all levels (inside and outside the company).
- Communication with Building/Property management regarding facility issues.
- Expense control related to performance of this function.
- Sitting, standing, grasping, typing, walking, crouching, visual observation, driving, lifting to 55 lbs. (with assistance, as needed).
- Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Effective, cooperative written/verbal/telephonic communications.
- Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with speaking with business owners and VP-level employees.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products.
- Ability to create spreadsheets and work with general formulas in Excel.
- Minimum 1 year of Sales Experience ( Must be shown in resume).
- Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle
