Salary
- Bilingual: $17.50 per hour
- Work Schedule: 8 am to 7 pm Central time. The employee will be assigned an 8-hour shift during that period.

Seeking candidates with proven call center results in Flint or East Lansing, Michigan.
What’s a typical bilingual English/Arabic customer service representatives? You’ll be:
• Handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone
• Recording consistent problem areas and providing solutions
• Responding to email inquiries
• Using computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
• Communicating complex information and addressing related questions
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have previous customer service experience
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Are comfortable using computer systems
• Have the ability to handle routine and non-routine calls
• Are bilingual in English/Arabic

Working From Home Remotely Requirements:
- 25 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload internet speed, at least 30 GB of data (50 Mbps if you share internet with others in the household)
- Quiet place/distraction-free, smartphone or tablet
- Working remotely is not a substitute for dependent care.
- Able to give a 3-month commitment (there is “no” approved time off during training)
