QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 or more years in insurance sales and management experience with a career agent field force required
- Extensive working knowledge of life insurance products conceptually, analytically, and structurally, and proficiency in running illustration systems
- Advanced working knowledge of product usage in need-fulfillment and sales situations, knowledge of advanced sales a plus
- Project management experience with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Completion, or working towards industry designations, in particular CLU, ChFC, CFP, LUTCF
- Ability to travel 75% of the time is a necessity
- Series 6, 63 or obtain within one year of employment
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the career agency system through continual marketing of KCL life insurance products to the field, potential GA’s and agent candidates.
- Build the proficiency and effectiveness of the sales force by providing training on life insurance products and sales applications of these products.
- Assist agents in analyzing and comparing our life insurance products versus competitors’ products, both generally and in case specific situations via the competition desk and agency visits.
- Assist agents in the application and illustration of fixed and variable life insurance products in case-specific sales situations
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of third party sales and marketing agreements through continual marketing of KCL life insurance products and sales ideas.
