This position is responsible for monitoring and supervising residents, monitor urinalysis, providing transportation, and clerical tasks as assigned.

This is a part-time position.

The schedule is 3rd shift on Thursday & Friday night, from 12am-8am (16 hours per week).

• Support the needs of residents of the program.
• Data entry, filing and support duties as required.
• Observation and tracking of medication adherence.
• Assist with obtaining reliable means of transportation, including use of public transportation. Provide transportation for residents as necessary/ required by program.
• Monitor urinalysis.
• Interact with residents, staff, and guests in a humanistic, person-centered, gender-informed, and trauma-informed manner.
• Attend program staff meeting.
• Remain available and awake at all times.
• Lead Psycho-educational and Recovery groups as assigned.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• HS diploma or GED equivalent. Prior work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 1-year related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Prior experience working in residential, or behavior health strongly preferred.
• Ability to work directly with a range of clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
• Physical requirements: able to lift up to 20 pounds, walk up and down stairs, drive multi- passenger vehicle.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to complete clear and presentable documentation.
• Ability to participate in and demonstrate knowledge of ASAM standards.
• Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others as a team.
