Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

All leasing and renewing of the community and ensuring that all sales techniques and methods required by the management company are being used effectively and in a professional manner.
Responsible for helping to implement, design and maintain a resident retention program, newsletter, resident referral program and all community planned events.
Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times for self and all property employees.
Courteous, efficient and timely response to any resident requests or complaints or vendor inquiries.
Responsible for collecting all monies due the community and ensuring that all money is recorded, copied and taken to the bank on a daily basis.
Responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
Responsible for all additional job duties as required in the Policy and Procedures manual for community outreach, marketing path and all leasing related duties.
