Job Summary:
Precision Builders LLC is seeking a dynamic Traveling Project Superintendent with a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial and restaurant construction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate and oversee project activities. Duties/Responsibilities:
• Developing a schedule and cost-effective plan from conception to completion of assigned projects
• Coordinating and scheduling the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers
• Regularly inspecting work for quality and timeliness
• Monitoring budget throughout the project and communicating variances.
• Addressing safety violations or other deficiencies
• Performing other related duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Preparing work schedules and assignments
• Communicating and enforcing safety procedures and site rules

Required Experience and Knowledge:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial and restaurant construction as a Project Superintendent
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new programs for reporting, file sharing, and communication.
• Must be able to effectively and concisely communicate with members of internal and external teams.
• Ability to read plans, perform material take-offs, and compile and send out daily and weekly reporting/pictures of progress.
• Understanding the Request for Information (RFI) and submittal process

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Proficient with Bluebeam or similar software for reading plans.
• Proficient with MS 360
• Detail-oriented, with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to research effectively.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
