If you are a skilled field manager, our company can be a great opportunity for you. The position we are advertising is for a General Concrete / Masonry Superintendent with Senior level experience in Commercial Concrete Construction.

Project Superintendents are needed and encouraged to apply as well.

We are looking to add a General Superintendent to our team to oversee all our projects, foremen, and field crews - to ensure proper performance and to maximize production on all projects. The person who fills this role will also need to take lead and run a crew on our most prominent projects and any other projects whenever is necessary.

We perform ground-up concrete construction primarily for commercial projects.

Qualifications:

• Must have a superior understanding of commercial drawings and specifications.
• Must have an exceptional ability to layout and verify critical components.
• Must be Company and Team minded.
• Must have the ability to plan and forecast the needs for multiple field crews.
• Must have the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Concrete industry experience is required; Masonry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train in this area.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all activities in the construction process.
• Delegate tasks to foremen and oversee their work.
• Performance evaluation of crew members.
• Accurately document materials used.
• Enforce safety regulations.
• Perform pre-pour inspections and ensure quality control.
• Estimate Timelines and communicate project schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,800 - $110,000 per year

Experience level:

• 5 years+

Base Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Flexibility to meet project demands may occasionally require a weekend workday.

Ability to Relocate if not living locally.
