Kitty’s Restaurant & Market is a bustling café with a separate dining room & bar serving Brunch & Dinner located in Hudson, NY.
Our menu is a refreshing blend of classic and contemporary comforts with an emphasis on seasonal regional ingredients.
We expanding our team and are in search of an experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen.
The ideal candidate will:
- Manage the kitchen with a composed efficiency.
- Be a master of their technique.
- Imprint their knowledge and experience upon junior staff.
- Maintain inventory and ordering.
- Maintain food prep-schedules.
- Contribute to food prep.
- Work the line during service.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Google Suite).
- Be a thorough communicator.
