Role Details:
- Candidate needs to convert without sponsorship or visa transfer as it's not available.
- Workday SME
- HCM core systems all diff. modules doing configurations and management.
- Fielding a lot of questions from people to make changes and configs. (business processes)
- Reporting
- Doesn't need to be super techy
- HRIS Manager within their HR dept, NOT in IT
- Not super strict with 4 years HCM let's see if we can keep experience here between 3-7 YOE
