Job Summary
HealthTec is seeking a Medical Biller to join our team! Healthtec is a family-oriented company that appreciates our employees' time to balance work and family. We work with your schedule to help you achieve that balance. We offer a flexible Hybrid remote work schedule after a 90-day training period, The schedules consist of 4 (10 Hr.) or 5 (8Hr.) days, or a more flexible work schedule depending on job descriptions. As a Medical Biller, you must be knowledgeable in revenue cycle management. At least two years of billing experience is required. The ideal candidate must be a team player, and have a good work ethic. Applicant must be local.
Responsibilities
- Submit claims electronically
- Good denial management
- Payment posting
- A/R recovery
- Answer phones, assist clients with questions
- Maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience with medical billing is a must
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Medent system preferred but not required
