Job Description
```Role
As a Manufacturing Supervisor/Shift Lead (also known as Production Lead, Shift Manager), you'll supervise and lead a team of manufacturing employees, ensure production goals are met, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with other departments to optimize production processes.

- Opportunity to work a weekend shift with four days off (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6am to 6pm).
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with lead capabilities.

- Proficiency in shop math skills and ability to read 2D/3D designs, blueprints, and bill of materials.
