Automation Specialist - Desktop Engineering

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows for desktop deployments and data migrations of user data, applications, and settings using Autopilot, USMT, PowerShell, Power Platform, and other automation tools.
Test and troubleshoot automation solutions and ensure they meet the business and user requirements.
Provide technical support and guidance to end users and IT staff on automation-related issues and best practices.
Document and update automation processes, procedures, and standards.
Research and evaluate new automation technologies and tools and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years of experience in desktop engineering, automation, or related roles.
Proficient in Autopilot, USMT, PowerShell, Power platform, and other desktop automation and migration tools
Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and other cloud-based services and platforms.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, or other relevant areas are a plus.
