Night Auditor - Historic Hotel

Position: Part Time Night Auditor with full time hours also available.

Location: Williamsburg, VA. Hotel info: Nestled within a 5-minute drive of Redoubt Park, Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg.

Our new team member is responsible to oversee our overnight guest's customer service experience. Respond in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services. Responds to inquiries regarding hotel information and guest concerns. Supervise the nightly operations including the audit and balance of the day's transactions. Report on the various areas of the hotel (e.g. food and beverage outlets, rooms/front desk, gift shop, etc.) to provide accurate, timely information and to ensure company and Hotel policies and procedures are followed and to prevent fraud. Promoting a safe environment and quality services to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and financial success. Ultimately the night audit will keep asset liability secured in partnership with our security team while enhancing customer loyalty and strengthen our businesses reputations.

Requirements: Preferably, candidates with hotel-specific experience. We would prefer a team member with hotel specific experience.
